Welcome to Sam Pro. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Sam Pro ecosystem, our Single Sign-On (SSO) service, and our suite of offline-first applications. By registering for an account, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms.
Access to our application ecosystem requires the creation of a Sam Pro account. You agree to provide a valid email address and maintain the security of your authentication credentials. Your single login grants you access to both free and premium tools within the ecosystem based on your active subscriptions or limited-period offers.
Sam Pro applications are primarily designed to function offline. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our software for your professional or personal needs. You acknowledge that because data is stored locally on your device, Sam Pro is not responsible for the loss of data resulting from device failure, deletion, or corruption.
While parts of the Sam Pro ecosystem are free to use, certain applications or features are subject to premium subscriptions or limited-period access. Any fees charged will be clearly communicated prior to purchase. All payments are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise or required by law.
All software, designs, text, graphics, and other content provided by Sam Pro are the intellectual property of Sam Pro. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of our applications without prior written consent.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sam Pro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or business opportunities resulting from your use or inability to use our applications. Our tools are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via the email address provided during registration. Continued use of the Sam Pro ecosystem after such modifications constitutes your acknowledgment and acceptance of the updated terms.
